You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

  • Shipping Fee: $7.80
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping Fee: $15.80

4. Free Shipping Policy

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $60 USD (after discounts, before tax).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Customs delays (for international shipments)
  • Carrier delays
  • Peak season demand (holidays, sales events)

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

FABLE GRAIN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
