To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be requested for return within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • Intimate apparel (including swimwear or lingerie if hygiene seal is broken)

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, we are unable to process an exchange. In this case, we recommend placing a new order.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
